The farmers market season is winding down, only two more weeks left of the Portland Farmers Market. We want to thank all of the great customers that braved the cold weather on the 7th to support the market vendors. The skies were a beautiful blue but the temperature was frigid.
We have been very busy in the kitchen making jams and butters as fast as we can slice the fruit. The windows are steamed and it is toasty in the kitchen. Today we are stirring up our sweet harlequin marmalade and wonderful combination of pears, pineapple and tart cherries. a pretty pink in the jar, great for a gift basket.
Rochelle added many new gift box selections to the website last week and we will be shipping until the 19th of December. To ensure a holiday delivery we recommend that orders are in by the 17th.
For the next two weeks we are offering a box of beautiful comice and starkrimson pears 16-20 pcs. boxed and shipped for $25.00. A $5.00 savings.
Our heaters will be warm and available for your cold fingers at the market again this Saturday.
